Elevate an established user conference to new heights.

Challenge

As a newly appointed partner for the client’s user conference, we were tasked with reimagining the entire event, delivering a completely fresh experience while working within the same venue as the previous year, as well as helping our client achieve both attendance and sponsorship growth this year, and in the long term.

Solution

We approached the project with enthusiasm and, using our experience and expertise to transform the event across four critical areas:

1. Revamped Sponsorship Offerings: We introduced a new sponsorship prospectus featuring tiered packages and à la carte options, resulting in a 24% increase in sponsorship revenue, along with an on-site signup campaign for the next year’s program.
2. Branding Overhaul: We fully transformed the branding of the San Francisco Marriott, which contributed to a tenfold increase in attendance for breakout sessions.
3. Creating Connections: We designed multiple touchpoints for engagement, including workstations, food stations, networking lounges, a dedicated sales lounge, and The Hub, fostering meaningful interactions between attendees, our client and sponsors.
4. Foundation for Growth: In addition to garnering an over 50% increase in year-over-year attendance, the enhancements made to this year’s user conference established a strong framework to support growth for future events.
