If you have any questions or comments about this Privacy Policy or our practices regarding your information, please contact us at [email protected].
Streamlinevents respects your privacy and we have created this Privacy Policy to ensure that you understand our policies and procedures, what personal information we collect, and how we use the collected information.

We collect this information from the following categories of sources: directly from you (for example, through an email message or our online Contact form); automatically through cookies and similar technologies when you use the Site; and from our service providers and event partners.
We do not collect “sensitive personal information” (as defined by the CCPA) for the purpose of inferring characteristics about you, and we do not use or disclose any sensitive personal information for purposes that would require us to offer a “Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information” choice.
How We Use Your Personal Information
We use the personal information we collect for the following business and commercial purposes: to respond to your inquiries and communications; to provide, operate, personalize, and improve our Site and our event-planning services; to analyze usage of our Site; to maintain the security and integrity of our Site and network; and to comply with our legal obligations.
We will not disclose personal information that we collect through your use of the Site to unaffiliated third parties for those third parties’ own purposes. We reserve the right, however, to provide such information to our employees, contractors, service providers, and agents to the extent necessary to enable them to perform certain Site-related and business services on our behalf (e.g. web hosting, analytics improving Site-related services and features, or maintenance services). We require our service providers to handle personal information only on our behalf and under written contracts that restrict their use of the information.
We also reserve the right to disclose such information to any third party if we believe that we are required to do so for any or all of the following reasons: (i) by law; (ii) to comply with legal processes or governmental requests; (iii) to prevent, investigate, detect, or prosecute criminal offenses or attacks on the technical integrity of the Site or our network; and/or (iv) to protect the rights, property, or safety of Streamlinevents and its affiliates, their partners, and employees, the users of the Site, or the public.
Categories of Third Parties and Disclosures for a Business Purpose
We may disclose the categories of personal information described above to the following categories of third parties: service providers and vendors (such as web hosting, IT, maintenance, and analytics providers); event partners engaged to support your event; and government authorities or other parties where required by law or to protect our rights. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed identifiers, commercial information, and internet or other electronic network activity information to service providers for these business purposes.
Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
We do not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Certain uses of cookies and similar technologies for analytics or advertising may constitute “sharing” of personal information for “cross-context behavioral advertising” under the CCPA. You have the right to opt out of any such sharing. To exercise this right, use the “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link on our Site or contact us using the methods below. We also honor opt-out preference signals, such as the Global Privacy Control (GPC), that your browser or a browser extension sends to us; when we detect such a signal, we treat it as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information associated with that browser.
We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age without affirmative authorization (opt-in consent) from the consumer (for consumers at least 13 and under 16) or from a parent or guardian (for consumers under 13).

Streamlinevents uses cookies on our Site. Cookies are small bits of data we store on the device you use to access our Site so we can recognize repeat users. We may use cookies to enhance your experience on our Site, determine user traffic patterns, and for analytics and related purposes. We may share data collected from cookies with other persons or entities that assist us in analyzing or operating the Site. The Site is not directed to children under sixteen (16) years of age and Streamlinevents does not knowingly collect personal information from children under thirteen (13) years of age. If you are younger than thirteen, please do not provide any personal information while using the Site. If we learn that we have collected the personal information of a child under 13, we will take steps to delete the information as soon as possible. As described above, we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 without the affirmative authorization the CCPA requires.
