A New Kind of Incentive Program
Incentive ProgramsGoal
Give attendees what they want in an incentive program – more flexibility, more downtime, and great ways to connect with their peers and executives.
Challenge
When our clients mentioned they wanted to shake things up, we were completely on board. We loved the opportunity to do things differently for this program and give attendees exactly what they want.
Solution
In planning the 2023 President’s Club, our clients wanted to do things differently. Together, we threw out the rule book of what an incentive is supposed to look like and instead got into the minds of their young audience. We set aside traditional design elements, opting instead to give the client a program packed with plenty of choice — and free time. While giving attendees the freedom to choose their involvement in group activities, we aimed to curate amazing experiences that they wouldn’t want to miss. We also switched up the format of evening events, made most activities optional, and gave their guests plenty of leisure time, all of which led to amazingly positive feedback post-President’s Club.
Reworking the group’s initial agenda into a more responsive program generated huge returns for the client, with post-event feedback that speaks for itself: 97 percent of attendees were satisfied or very satisfied with the Nevis program, and a perfect 100 percent were equally satisfied or very satisfied with the evening events. More free time and more choice proved just as motivational, with expertise from streamlinevents delivering standout results for one very happy client!
Highlights
- Instead of the traditional program of events, we created a travel magazine, Club Insider, which was mailed to all attendees and guests to get them excited about the upcoming trip and prepare them for what to expect during their incredible stay in Nevis.
- Despite activities being optional, an adventurous team based CSR activity was the highest-rated portion of the entire Nevis program —a first for the client. Qualifiers and their guests raced around the island in open-air jeeps to solve clues and collect supplies that were then donated to local school children.
